Eberhard Meinel Double Bass Made in Germany (1997)
An all solid German crafted double bass from Eberhard Meinel. Crafted in the workshop of the Musima instrument company in Markneukirchen Germany. This is a 3/4 size Upright Bass with the nice Gamba Corners and Round back with the deep dark tobacco varnish finish. This bass is fully carved with all solid hardwoods. No laminates here. Solid Spruce Top, Solid Maple Back, Sides and Neck. Ebony Fingerboard. High Quality German Made Geared Machine Heads. I am the original owner and when I bought this bass I also payed extra for a professional set-up and many extras which included a top quality adjustable bridge, high quality sound post and a high quality end-pin. Superb value for a true quality German made bass. Big deep tone with great projection. Great sound quality for advancing players. This bass is in mint condition with no major flaws.
